By using the Website or responding to our advertising, you agree to these Terms.

Scope — website and digital activity only

About uniCare Medical Centre LLC

uniCare Medical Centre LLC is a multi-specialty outpatient healthcare provider licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) under licence number [DHA facility licence number], operating from its BurJuman Branch (BurJuman Mall, Dubai) and Mankhool Branch (Mankhool, Bur Dubai).

In line with DHA’s Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media (DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21), our official social media accounts display our MOHAP medical advertisement licence number.

Website doctor and practitioner profiles

Profile pages for our doctors and practitioners display name, specialty, qualifications, and DHA licence information, together with a consented photo and bio. The title “Dr.” is used only for practitioners entitled to it under DHA rules.

Profile content is for general information only, is reviewed periodically, and does not guarantee the availability of a specific practitioner for a specific appointment. Browsing a profile page does not create a doctor-patient relationship and is not medical advice.

Digital advertising, marketing communications and social media

DHA’s Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media (DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21) apply equally to our online and social media content as to any other medium. In line with that standard, our advertising will not guarantee outcomes, use fear-based or exaggerated claims, disparage other providers or government entities, or use a testimonial, photo, or before/after image without the individual’s written consent and, where applicable, a results-may-vary disclaimer.

By submitting your details through a sponsored lead ad or a click-to-WhatsApp advertisement, you consent to us contacting you to follow up on your enquiry; standard carrier messaging rates may apply. If you visit the Website, you may later see our ads elsewhere through retargeting — see our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.

Any influencer or third-party creator publishing sponsored content on our behalf must disclose the paid relationship (for example “#ad”), hold any required UAE media or influencer permit, and limit health-related claims to content that we have approved.
